PLEASE NOTE: Your scheduled event start time is the time we will arrive by for your setup. This setup time takes place in your scheduled time slot. PLEASE be sure to include enough time at the start of your event when scheduling to allow for this. A safe rule of thumb is to allow 1 hour for setup. Bigger events will require longer setup times so please call for assistance.
